How do I look after my Live Without Regret clothing?
Turn the clothing inside out before washing and wash it on a cold setting so it doesn't shrink in the washing machine. Let the clothing hang dry, this will keep it in good shape and keep the print in the best possible condition. When Ironing, please turn the clothing inside out.

What type of postage/shipping do you use?
We post using Royal Mail First Class for UK orders and Royal Mail air mail for international orders.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
UK orders are expected within 5 working days.
Rest of the world please allow up to 14 working days.

If you have not received your order within the time stated please send a message via the contact page with the subject 'ORDER NOT RECEIVED'.



Can I exchange my item?
If your item does not fit then please send a message via the contact page and we will sort out about exchanging the item for you. Sending the item back will be at the customers cost. Once the item has been received at our end we will resend another size out to you.

Please make sure that all tags and packaging are still intact when returning an item.

How do you accept payment?
We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.

How secure is it purchasing from Live Without Regret?
Live Without Regret uses PayPal and Stripe for payments, and they both automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). It’s incredibly safe!
